My god. Almost 200 downvotes for this eloquently put piece of pure truth? Our fans are delusional.

You should probably actually watch the movies you reference in your bleacher report audition article. This never happens.

Show me a rational football fan, and I'll show you a loser.

In all seriousness, F Miles and his Schembechler approach to football. If Miles would let our athletes be the athletes that they are, we win the State game the other night by three TD's. Miles' approach to "not lose" is a steaming pile of cow shite. I refuse to accept that approach. We will lose at least two games this year that we shouldn't if Miles adheres to the play not to lose mentality.

It took me last night to get away from defending miles. 2011 qbs were shite. Both of them. So I get it. Now we have RP 2 so why crawl into a foxhole and wait for war to be over is beyond me. No creativity. But it was a tough first road test. Auburn Dline better than ppl think. Lawson back. We will see a spirited auburn team hungry for redemption. They might as well lost the game. Will M won't let us run and run our way to a win. Have to throw keep S's honest and off of PA. LF DW will get theirs but Harris needs 200 n air for me to think we win and that's if we rush for 150-200. We need a little creativity & a little balance. If we do and I wouldn't bet on it but if we throw 40% and keep 7/8 n box we win easily.

I'd watch that. The big ball he escapes from could be Saban's head.

LSU losing is the best thing that could possibly happen to some self-proclaimed LSU fans. That is, an opportunity to play make-believe football coach and pretend they're smarter than Miles gets them off.

When LSU wins—and narrowly—this is the worst thing that could possibly happen. These sad sacks of sidewalk shite came so close to being able to revel in LSU's loss and their supreme intellect, only to be denied at the end.

When LSU wins, nobody cares how smart they are.
When LSU loses, they convince themselves that other people care how smart they are.

Must suck when stats say otherwise. JLee had two bad passes in 2011. 2.

Yes, really. When are LSU fans going to realize that Coach Clown is not going to change his style of play, and that the Tigers will continue to be a boring, undisciplined, team who is their own worst enemy.

Really? When are the mouth breathing, knuckle dragging "fans" going to realize that they are hopelessly delusional with regard to their intelligence. The are like little children that need to be entertained by flashy passing attacks while not understanding that the purpose of the game is to win, not try to keep their attention deficient little minds focused for longer than it takes to take a sip of Natty Lite?

They are so emotionally regressed that they haven't yet come to the understanding that LSU football doesn't exist just to satisfy their shallow and immature understanding of the game.

If that were true, I'd still be happier than you are. You are only truly happy when LSU loses so you can come here bashing.

In what world does beating a top25 team at night on the road be close to an f? Even if we lost on that kick it was a c performance. To say we were on verge of an f is fricking retarded

It depends on how we're grading it. Can a loss still be a "D" or by default an F?

I don't think they're (Moo) a very good team and while we had A performance from the players and some A series, there was a lot of D-F coaching.

IMO based on talent level, an A would have been us blowing them out, B would have been a comfortable win.

Is that the "style of play" which has led LSU to being the #2 program in college football for wins among Power 5 conferences???

Winning comes 1st in sports and everything else is simply cosmetics. Why that is so hard for some to understand is a mystery to me.

Would I enjoy winning each game 35-0? Sure, but what I enjoy the very most is winning and to this point in time...Miles is doing that better than any other coach in LSU history and doing it at a time when the SEC rules college football.

If you don't like LSU football since 05, that's your call to make. Calling Miles a "clown" after guiding LSU to a 104-29 record only shows how college/SEC football mentally challenged you have made yourself. imo

"Just don't lose" "Jose don't lose" "Just don't blow it..." ... The team that started the first quarter was National Champ quality. The team that took the lead then decided to protect the lead with run between the tackles even when there were close to 1000 State players in the box, lucked out and won the game... Which is great compared to the Curly Hallman years. But compared to the talent that is on the field, why not put the effing hammer down and beat the crap out of them... Instead of gassing your thin D line. Oh, and Third and Chavis turns out to be a misnomer as well... It's third and don't lose the effing game on one play... It's also nerve racking when 2 million fans, every coach and every player know that we are going to give them the 8 - 10 yard pass when we have a lead.
