And yet they continue to win. That must eat at you doesn't it? You need LSU to win B I G so that you can somehow inflate you own self esteem. Sad, sad, sad.

It's sad that some people think that people who have a different opinion than theirs and/or questions people in authority are "the problem with this country."

They're the kind of people who said you can't criticize George W. Bush but make all kinds of borderline racist comments about Obama. Or vice-versa.

You have experience with every fan base in college football?

It is an anonymous message board. You are going to get opinions that are all over the place. It doesn't necessarily represent the feelings of our entire fan base. Just because every fan has the opportunity to make an account and give their point of view, doesn't mean every fan does. Just because the majority is outspoken and critical doesn't mean that it is a representative sample of our entire fan base. Hell this board is split with people on different sides of the argument.

This board is made for people to come and give their opinion what do you expect people to do?

It's also sad that many of the people who defend the coaches will quickly throw the players under the bus...but hey they are being positive b/c they aren't being critical of the guys getting paid

the pumpers are in denial about the fact that our fate was on the leg of a guy from the OTHER team.

Most fans with more than passing knowledge of football know it. The other neg idiots haven't got a clue. It's because they are too stupid to be helped. Stupid people bred and raised by stupid people. What do you expect from them BUT being stupid

I hate to even respond to Gray Tiger, but it's not about winning big to feed an ego.

It's about opening a big lead and putting a game away when we have the chance so that we don't let an inferior team linger. When we let our opponent hang around, we end up with the possibility of what we saw Saturday night. If that kick is a few yards to the left, we lose, and we never should've been in that position.

Can't you see why that's frustrating to many of us?

Yeah, I can't believe a game in college came down to a last second field goal. Unreal. That never happens.

I certainly can see.

You need the big win. You need to be comfortable in your celebrations. You need to have big scored to rub it in on other people that root for the other teams. Just wining isn't enough because that doesn't PROVE that because you cheer for LSU you are some how inherently better than the other guys.

Other wise you are just like every body else. Wining close takes your self esteem away.

This may be the dumbest post I've seen the past 2 days, and that's saying something. Why do you feel MSU is/was an inferior team? Top #25 rankings? Number of highly recruited athletes? This is why they play the game.

You take the two penalties away from us, yeah, our lead gets extended. The game Saturday proved the opposite of what you are saying and shows MSU is far from inferior. There are a lot of variables that go into who wins a football game not just "omgz we hav talent, we should win every game against teams who are not as good as people say we are". LSU didn't "let them linger." MSU's players started outperforming ours and that almost won them the game.

uh, that's exactly the opposite of what I just explained, but you can have the last word, Gray. I'm done.

You are without a doubt, the dumbest poster in the history of TD..and that is saying something. Literally, too stupid to argue with. You psychoanalytical powers are indisputable.

LSU played better and the result was a win. I'm not omnipresent, so I don't know the ratio of talent, heart, and luck that played into that. So, I cannot answer your question.
