In was there. The post presentation activities seemed like they were designed by a 3rd grade teacher. This project needs to happen, but so do a dozen other projects. Odds are, none will happen because the money just doesn't exist. It gets siphoned off to unions and graft far too early in the process for this to ever come to fruition.

Our facilitator seemed fine and the people at our table were involved. Some good ideas were shared.
