Really?!? How do you know whether these Tesla's will be reliable long term? Sure, less moving parts but a lot more complicated. Do you have any idea how much a battery swap would be?....Fracking outrageous.

Exactly...but with that being said, the batteries are only guaranteed for 8 years on the Tesla.
Not exactly apples to oranges, but Consumer Reports found Prius Batteries to be relatively unchanged after 200,000 miles. LINK
