i was downtown the day after the storm, then started back at work 6 days after the storm in the FQ. Never saw any black ops or anything. Not saying they werent there.
Normal military, national guard, etc, yes.

Wasn't hinting, just commenting on what I know because I was in the city immediately after on an emergency pass and had a lot of business at Sheraton Canal. That was an amazing scene how they had that operation going.
And Audobon Place had an Isreali Security force that of which I am sure and talked to them. Now I'm assuming that since it is a predominately Jewish neighborhood they brought them in. Makes sense.
Nothing I've heard about Blackwater eliminating anyone and I'd say that assumption would be false.

I wasn't there so I can't say I saw or verified anything with my own two eyes. I have no reason to doubt my sources though. The "men in black" could've been NOPD SWAT for all I know. I agree though, I met someone who was going to SEALS training and he looked like a normal joe. Could probably kill me in half a second but you wouldn't know just looking on the surface.

There's only one thing I know of that happened for sure. A buddy of mine was NOPD at the time and worked tremendously throughout the whole ordeal.
One day, we were driving on I-10 and he pointed to an exit sign and said, "See that bullethole? I shot that."

Hell, I was working at a hospital in Bogalusa at the time. The first targets were the local privately owned pharmacies. Several of them were broken into.
If we had shut the hospitals down completely, they would have gone after them, no doubt about it.

I know for a fact that ICTS International was hired to protect one square block in the garden district. Two residents paid for 12 security personnel to protect their neighborhood for three months after the storm. This security force was different than the one hired for Audubon Place.

Well there you go. Only interaction I had with Blackwater was at the Sheraton. I knew they had others but never what they were doing.
But I will say it was more than 2 Isrealis. Or at least more that 2 with Uzzis. Pretty neat really to see and talk to the guys.
