Driving in a down pour.

Driving through this heavy down pour of rain that is passing the area. Its amazing to see how some people just dont take caution in turning their lights on when you can only see 50 yards in front of. Than when they get rear ended they blame it on the one that rear ended them.

The worst I've ever been in, was during a tropical storm driving over lake pontchartrain with old blades on the wipers.
