As long as we know the rules.
One of you guys loses a child, jokes are fair game.
And we don't have to act like we care.

I remember hearing a year or two ago that he had a lot of problems.
Any QB who led the team I root for to its only playoff victory in like 50 years is my man. Thank you, Erik Kramer!

if I lost a child, giving a damn about whether or not a random message board user gave me his sympathies or prayers would likely be concern #781631287631287618273 on the list.
That's an exact number by the way

I would trade lives with Junior Seau and Erik Kramer 6 times a week and twice on Sundays.

you'd be getting a pretty bad deal if you made such a switch with Junior Seau currently

Out of curiosity, what is #781631287631287618272?

It's difficult for some former pro athletes to integrate into society post career. Same for actors/actresses.
Their whole identity changes, it can be a challenge for many.

I think some overlook the fact many started playing when they were 5 or 6 years old. So when they retire at 35 they have been doing/playing their job for 30 years already, yet have 40 to 50 years of life to go. That has to be pretty weird.

How do you know the depression is the result of concussions and not it's own stand alone issue?

Unless he has brain injuries from something other than playing football, I think that it's a valid assumption.

Does a person survive a suicide attempt or did they just screw it up?

Brain injuries aren't required to suffer from depression.
