You know he gets pay whether there is something wrong or not. Unless you don't have insurance and your not going to pay the bill.

LoL at some of the idiotic responses on here...abdominal pain where you are describing is usually nothing but you should probably get it checked out. It's likely just gastritis though...but that's just an educated guess based on what you posted and Occam's Razor.

3 years ago, I had a similar pain. I did not have insurance. By the time I was able to get insurance, I had a tumor the size of a basketball in my abdomen.

Good luck!

sounds like gallstones

That would be pain on the right side. Gall bladder is under your liver. Pain radiates around the right side and the back. And if you have gallstones, you'd be in the hospital already for emergency surgery.

You know when its time then. I saw my wife go through that shite. Not good at all.

Gallstones by themselves don't do anything. They just sit in the gall bladder. What you are refering to if cholecystitis - inflammation of the gallbladder. It is generally caused when one the stones migrates and becomes lodged in connecting tube attached to the gut. If that happens to be at the confluence of what is called the pancreatic duct and the common bile duct then one can get pancreatitis without cholecystitis causing similar symptoms to what the lady is describing.

But like the ED DOC above said. She probably has gastritis.

or AIDS.

You should wait until it's really bad then go to the ER in the middle of the night.

Drink some extra strength Pepto Bismal and chew a couple tums.

If the pain does not go away and you still can't eat, go to an ER.

Did you crack/bruise your rib and eating hurts it; or you can't eat because you're sick?
