I say NO. I think this team is 10-2 or even 11-2 with playoff contention in mind. GEAUX TIGERS!

I'll take anything better than 8-5. It's not what we want but we should expect better than 8-5.
eta:
TF am I getting downvoted for?
We should expect better than 8-5.
We want better than 8-5.
Do y'all disagree with that?
Eta2:
Funk yall haters. You wish you were me.

depends, who is in the 3 category

We will struggle to win 9 games. Same team a blast year with a new DC and no D-Line depth.
I'll be shocked with 9-3.
I'll be shocked with 9-3.

That's an impossible question to answer until you know how the losses occur and how the other teams did. 9-3 with close, well played losses to top 15 teams? Or 9-3 with 3 losses to equal/inferior teams due to boneheaded coaching or player decisions? Totally different feel IMO

I think this team is 10-2

and yes, I would take 9-3
9-3 is upward movement

S Carolina on the road and Bama.

Depends on if we had a chance to win those 3 or not

right people are losing their minds. We lost a DT that was one of the 4 we rotated in as our 4th DT and people act like we're 1 injury away from suiting up a band member.

No way. Go big or go home.
Posted on 8/6/15 at 2:36 pm to caljammer82
I really think we need a 10 win season again. I think this team has aspirations for more than even that though this year.

Heck no...Harris lives up to just part of his potential...we can get to 10-2 or better IMO. Wouldn't concede 3 losses right now not knowing what Harris may be capable of.

Also, no way a 10-2 team makes the CFBP.

No way. What's the fun in that? This could be a big year for us. I'd definitely roll those dice.

quote:Last year, LSU returned 53.13% of its games started on offense and 65.24% of games played. Worse, almost all of the production was gone: only 36.65% of the rush yards returned, just 12.96% of the receiving yards returned, and only 5.55% of the passing yards returned.
Same team a blast year with a new DC and no D-Line depth.
This year, LSU returns 66.43% of its games started on offense, but far more production: 65.13% of the rushing, 86.02% of the receiving, and 100% of the passing yards. On top of that, LSU returns three starters on the line.
In short, it's not the same team as last year. Most of the same players as last year, but this year, they have experience.
