You guys are delusional if yall think he decommitted just to get more attention from schools.

I agree, but on a positive note think about the momentum we can build when he reaffirms his commitment.

It wouldn't be surprised if Moses received some pressure from ESPN, amongst the usual suspects, to decommit. This will make good ratings for the show.
More like whispers between recruit followers and little hints from the recruits themselves.

He'll be recruiting people to LSU

There have been more than hints. Terry Beckner flat out said that he would have committed to Mizzou over the summer but ESPN asked him to wait until signing day and made him the number 1 player on their board.

Kid has a chance to go through a once in a lifetime process, that very few can experience and understand. You can't be upset at anyone for wanting to experience recruitment as a top player in the nation.
If he wants to play for LSU he will be here. If he doesn't he won't. It's that simple.
Negativity certainly doesn't help him to make a decision to come here

the young man should have never verbally committed. In fact, there should be rules against such things so early
How do you propose an organization with zero legal authority stop a random kid from proclaiming what school he's going to attend?

Good point.
And from the link on the first page to his dad's post, his priority is to keep getting better and be the number one recruit in his class. It doesn't hurt to be awesome AND uncommitted when you want to finish on top. It might not surprise many people when he announces LSU again, but it'll sure feel good.

Shea’s Take: This one caught me a bit off guard. Like Sonny, I figured when he committed at such a young age that he would start wanting to experience the recruiting process. But I also thought he would do that in the form of unofficial visits and official visits during his senior year, but doing so while committed to the Tigers. Turns out he was ready to reopen things much earlier than that, and now he feels like he can approach the process with an open mind. I could make my predictions on how things will play out, with my gut telling me that he winds up at LSU - but Alabama will make the Tigers sweat all the way until National Signing Day in February 2017. But I think it’s best summed up like this. Moses got offered my LSU in middle school, so it’s not like they got into the game late. He committed early, and even upon reopening his process, maintained that LSU is his No. 1 school. And maybe most importantly, he goes to U-High and is being recruited by Frank Wilson. Translation: he is on LSU’s campus for school every day during his high school career, and he’s being recruited by arguably the best recruiter in the country. If he doesn’t wind up at LSU, it just wasn’t meant to be.

Dylan will be a Tiger. Being uncommitted just allows other schools the chance to whine and dine the young man more than if he was committed to us. Relax people
That's exactly what his two former teammates I had over for dinner told me

Well, what did they tell you?

That's good to know. Dylan definitely owes it to himself to take full advantage of his recruitment
Posted on 8/4/15 at 5:32 pm to DBeaux225
He just wants to enjoy the process, and they both believe he will remain at LSU

There is no commitment until the letter of intent is signed. Until then, it's just a preference, and can change.

He is not going to end up at LSU.
