When I gave up soft drinks, these are what filled the void. I just can't drink plain water unless I'm very hot.

I use the liquid versions with little to no calories. I've tried most brands and a lot of flavors. I've been gravitating to the lemonades and iced tea flavors mostly.

Anybody have suggestions on brands/flavors? Any data on them being bad for you? They have to be better than absorbing all the sugars from sodas.

I use the orange Mio on occasion. Best I've found. But I'm sure I'll be growing an extra jaw or boob.

This is a problem with a lot of older people. Not saying you fall into that category. If you force yourself to drink nothing but cold water, you will likely find yourself craving it once you get hydrated.

I like the Mio ones. The strawberry watermelon and strawberry pineapple are my favorites.

same, I quit coke aero and these have been my drink of choice. I wonder if it's bad. I mean on one side, I'm drinking 8-10 bottles of water a day on the other I'm putting chemicals in it.

I have to be really hot to drink unflavored water.

(yes I'm fat)

I have a little container of the Kroger brand in my desk right now.

Don't trust artificial sweeteners so I never used it other than a couple of times when I first bought it.

Throw some frozen fruit into the water. Tastes great. Citrus zest is also good.

Throw in some sliced lemons and limes for something refreshing. Maybe even some mint leaves

Give em up. Drink filtered tap water and use the money you save to spend on booze.

If you sip on that crap all day you will get tooth decay with the quickness.

The second ingredient in Mio is citric acid. Dentists use this to etch the surface of the teeth before some procedures.

Water is what you need.

Weird. If you want something in the water go get some high quality lemon juice. I have been working on a bottle of some for a couple months now. Just takes a little splash and is refreshing in the summer. At some point you might want to try and train yourself to drink straight water, humans should be able to drink water.
