If you want a more asian style wrap, try adding these instead of tomato sauce
I usually mix it to be heavy on the sweet soy sauce, then a little bit of sriracha and the sweet chili sauce.

I love lettuce wraps but I prefer ground beef. Do you actually prefer ground turkey or do you use it because you think it is healthier?

I think any sane person would choose ground beef over turkey for flavor. People eat ground turkey because it's usually healthier.

I eat ground turkey because my wife won't eat ground beef (or any other red meat for that matter
)

I eat it sometimes because it is so much cheaper.
Why doesn't she eat red meat?

Most ground turkey is worse for you than lean beef
Also no need for oil just wasted calories
Do 96/4 beef or 99% lean turkey with broth and/or Pam and this is great

Use hoison sauce (fish sauce) in lettuce wraps.
It creates an awesome depth in flavor.

These are both good in lettuce wraps. (not the same thing though)

Because she decided when she was 8 that it was weird to eat red meat and pork, so she stopped....
I've introduced her to ground turkey, and she will eat that in spaghetti and turkey burgers, so it's an improvement.

I use lean ground turkey because it is leaner than ground beef and I prefer the taste than beef. I use just a little oil to help with veggies not sticking. Pic is with cheese but no sour cream

Sub the sour cream and tomato sauce and mix up a sriracha & greek yogurt sauce.
