1 game doesn't outweigh an entire season.
Our entire offense sucked that day.

He didn't play the entire season. Fail.
Nor was it just one game. Should I post another game stats?

No he didn't play well. Even the Bama game if he could throw half decent he had a wide open TD, but under threw the ball and barely completed the pass.
The dude was hot garbage as a player and a leader.

Clueless as usual.

I remembered watching JJ in the 2008 season bowl game thinking "man, I think we got the next mike Vick"
You must have forgotten how good Vick was then

No shite dumbass. You know what the hell I meant. Sorry I took you for someone with a brain that would know I meant his entire season.

2 games against top 5 defenses? Sure. Like it or not JJ had a good 2011 season. I'll take facts over your dumbass opinion. In no way is a 138 qb rating bad.
I guess you missed where he had 261 of our 494 total yards against #3 arky. ( he had 52% of our offense) or the 110 yards our of 239 against #2 bama ( he had 46% of our entire offensive output).

Nobody missed anything. He had two bad games against two top 5 defenses. 1 of which was no where near his fault alone ( our oline got manhandled on 1/9)

I knew ore footbal at 9 than you do now. You probably couldn't tell me what's the difference between a 1 gap and 2 gap scheme.
Sorry I use facts in my argument that prove your dumbass opinions wrong.
61 completion %
3/1 td / int ratio
138 qb rating
7.7 yards per attempt
Is a good year
That's a fact. Not a biased ignorant opinion.

If you took a poll on the rant asking if they would take a 3 year starter that would finish top 6 in every major passing statistic in lsu history, EVERY SINGLE ONE WOULD SAY HELL YES.
Posted on 7/28/15 at 7:59 pm to Rickdaddy4188
You clearly gloss over the fact he built stats, most QB rating, as a part time player and against a AA team.
He had two "good" games that year and shite the bed miserably in his most important two.
And you select % of offense in two games. Sorta hand picking one stat to claim he had a good year.
He was a terrible QB in '11.

You forgot to add one of his best stats.....he led all QB's in tackles too.

Not from 2011.
Also his 2009 season ranks as the 10 best passing season in lsu history and he finished top 5 in qb rating in the sec.
JJ FINISHING TOP 5 IN QB RATING IN THE SEC. you can't suck and accomplish that.
Posted on 7/28/15 at 8:07 pm to Rickdaddy4188
You're right Rickdaddy4188, he was having an above average season is 2011 prior to the postseason. Don't argue with these two trolls in the thread, you're only wasting your time.

He has a 59.3 completion % against sec competition in his career.
He has qb rating of 125 against the sec in his career.
These aren't bad numbers.

These are probably the same people that think Les is a shite coach

Look I'm not saying JJ was a good QB because he wasnt. All I'm saying is he had some decent years and want horrible his entire career. You can't be horrible and have on of the highest completion % and one of the highest yards per attempt ( his yards per attempt is higher than Matt flynn's which shows he wasn't just dinking and dunking).
In 2009 he finished 5th in the sec in qb rating and that season is the 10th best passing season in lsu history.
You can't be top 5 in the sec in qb rating and suck your entire career.

JJ had a lousy Oline coach running the offense much of that time.
nope...studs was only his OC in 2011, Crowton was the OC his other 3 years.
