The girl is suing for $500,000. This girl was mouthy and had the officer triggered. He was rough in putting her in the chair. She then kicked him "In the groin area".
He then went old school WWE on her.
My favorite part of the article- "One of two police reports obtained by The Independent said Acker kicked Walker in the groin area and that in response, the officer "rolled her out of the chair to the floor." The other report says Walker "escorted Ms. Acker to the floor."
He did not roll, or escort her. He choke slammed her.

Without looking first, I will say that many bootlickers will say No, the officer did his job and should get a medal.

Yep, and it doesn't matter what lead up to that, he went overboard. The chick does loose points for kicking him in the dick, but he overreacted big time.
Yep. People don't seem to get that what led up to it has no bearing

"She's handcuffed, so where is she going to go?" said Hyatt. "She is not going anywhere, she's in a hospital. Any other 200-pound man seen doing something like that to a 100-pound, handcuffed woman would be arrested and charged."
Wrong, any other 200 pound man seen doing that to a 100-pound, handcuffed woman would probably be shooting a porno.

Is this going to turn into another whiney take up for women thread? Equal opportunity! Equal rights! Equal pay! But give me special treatment in some cases.... If it were a man none of you would be against it.

Can you please provide a link to the study or poll that shows where everyone here weighed in as being for excessive force for men that LEO's come in contact with?
I Googled ands could not find it. Link please.

It is starting to be said that he is related to the ex chief of police.

Seems like a video of a crazy bitch, and a cop who can't control his temper.
And there's no way she kicked him in the groin. No man could choke slam someone like that after getting kicked in the nuts. He'd be rolling on the ground.

A good lawyer should be able to have his arse locked up. They should bring in a "body language/profiler" expert and draw the jury's attention to where he places his hands to "sit her down". He could have put his hands on her shoulders but he chooses to grab her at the waist. A not-so-subtle attempt to feel her up. They will point out that she reacted the way most women would to a man putting his hands in their crotch area. That negates the "she kicked me in the cods defense". Then they will point out that he obviously displays the same behavior as a common rapist. Exerting excessive power over the woman, which is what rape really is. Not so much a sex crime as a crime of violence. I know that's a lot to surmise from a short video, but that's what I see. No excuse for this kind of reaction from a trained professional police officer. He's a tool and needs to be taken out of that position of authority before he does worse. Wouldn't be surprised if more women come forward with tales of his behavior. Seriously!

Excessive force. Absolutely not necessary.

She was cuffed. No threat whatsoever. Get your money honey. Hopefully the cop will be really disciplined if not lose his job.
