What is your favorite boat lunch?

Got an overnighter coming up and I am tired of bringing sandwiches and chips. Just wondering if anyone else had ideas on good food to bring on the boat, especially if you're gonna be on it for 24 hours..

Cold fried chicken.

Eggs Benedict.
Actually something like Barf said or fruit. I'm not normally hungry when I'm out on the ocean.

not much different than sandwich and chips, but lunchables are pretty easy. More of a snack than anything.

I usually bring my cook and waiter. The options for meals are limitless.

Vienna's, crackers and beer.
Unless you want to turn it up a notch and go with a small ice chest full of cold boiled shrimp.

My go-to to bring along in the kayak when I'm doing tournaments or will be on the water most of the day. They're sealed so no worries about getting anything wet in the ice chest.

Flour tortillas , sliced turkey, Colby jack cheese

Vienna Sausages are always in the boat with me. They work for breakfast or lunch.

That's a yummy looking wedge sandwhich. They usually look awful.

Comes in a thicker wrapper so it doesn't get soggy. Sell them at Valero

When on the kayak I usually bring either a small Tupperware of tuna or one of those premade tuna pouches. My son has a bunch of lunchables so may bring one of those tomorrow. I barely stop long enough to eat though.
