If i had to guess I would say that the "get off"/(coming out of the stance) is different at these SPARQ events than at the NFL combine.

Update...
Devin White would have tied for the 2nd fastest time at the NFL combine by a LB in the last 6 years.
At 17! As a incoming HS Senior! At 260 lbs! Wow, that's amazing!

Devin White is fast, this is no secret. He's been real fast in the 100M, and though this 40 may or may not hold up, dude is fast.
