we prefer not to be the case. It is an older vehicle, runs like a champ, we have no debt on the vehicle, maintain comprehensive/collision on the vehicle...am afraid we will have the vehicle totaled and receive a nominal amount and will turn around and replace with another vehicle and a car note, which we would prefer not to do...is there a way to negotiate the repair of this vehicle, most of the damage is to the exterior of the vehicle...thank you

solution.

don't report it to your insurance. tell them you dont want it on your record and you will handle the repair yourself.

Are you saying he deliberately crashed into your vehicle? If so you might be able to get much more for the vehicle in court. Call Saul.

The wreck was an accident. It happened because he got impatient, no one would let him into the flow of traffic, threw his truck into reverse, squealed his tires and plowed into my wife's vehicle...either he didn't look or couldn't see her car (its pretty tiny)

I'm sure she's been having a sore neck/back since the accident, maybe she should see a doctor. Ask the adjuster what he thinks about the injury

She's good...I think she was stunned at what he did more than anything. His insurer has been pretty mindful thus far, with us. Who knows what they have said. I know he felt pretty bad about what happened and was really surprised at the model year of the vehicle.

This is why you start hollering and fall out on the pavement and writhe around in pain. You won't have to worry about the ins. company fricking you over then.

This is a troll. No one can be this naive.

Go get a cheap brand new car with a warranty. Finance it for 150 mnth. Pay for most of it with insurance check. Burn old piece of shite that's a speed bump away from being totalled and you walking.

Why is she married to you? Lol

You might find a body shop that will give you a guaranteed price to repair. Has been done before
