Would you drink it? 1 day barrel aged whiskey - Cleveland Whiskey

There is a company "Cleveland Whiskey" that produces whiskey in under 24 hours using science.
The way it was explained to me; by using different pressures the whiskey was absorbed and released into the wood of the barrel many times over simulating the aging process of typical bourbon whiskeys.
I had it the other day, and I must say it was pretty damn good. It compares to Knob Creek.
I just found it very interesting.

It sounds like a roast cooked in a pressure cooker.

Sure. Why not?

I've seen this somewhere recently. I would give it a shot. And it's definitely interesting. It can open up the doors on what's possible with barrel aging and start more experimentation. Which I'm all for.

I'd drink it before I'd drink this.

Yeah, I would give it a taste. What is the retail?

The guy on whiskey cast reviewed it twice. He said it's pretty bad but getting better as they improve their process.

For how much?
I changed my vote. For $30 no I'd buy it.

I'd definitely try it but no way I'm buying it at that price unless it proves to be much better than traditional.

I think if they can get it right and can make larger batches, the prices should fall somewhat.

At $30 I could get ETL, BT, ER10, or a handle of the GOAT.
So no.
