I don't mind Cartwright starting, even does well you just let him go as long as possible.

If we drop our 2nd or 3rd game, we should have enough pitching to finish it

He'll prob only throw 2 innings unless score dictates otherwise

I sure hope that lefty from Lehigh doesn't bog us down.

Cartwright is a surprise but I would rather him pitch now than in a final game like last year

Interesting. It really doesn't matter who start though. We will pitch a bunch of guys and win

If...I'm just saying if....Cartwright can extend his outing and get us 6 innings....this regional is, for all intents and purposes, over.

you don't understand why I said Johnny whole staff is that CPM will likely throw Cartwright 2 or 3 innings than maybe one guy 2 innings and everyone else 1 inning. He will try to manage the bullpen so that everyone maybe except Cartwright can pitch again the next day.

I know but our typical midweek approach is start gets two innings and everyone else gets 1 inning. I could see CPM do that again, it has worked well for us before even in SEC play.

Everybody unfortunately remembers AC's outing vs. Houston.

A lot of people forget that he also threw 4 shut out innings a week earlier in a start against Florida in the SECT championship game which we won 2-0.

If he can pitch well against Florida, he can pitch well vs Lehigh.
