If you grew up in Baton Rouge and liked to party, you have been there. The name changed a few times and I don't remember what it was called, but I've been there like 30 times for whippets.

Well people buy full nitrous tanks that last for days they sell single balloons off of them for like $5 and easily make their money back (and profit).
Ever heard of the Nitrous Mafia? They are mean motherfrickers and go to Phish and Panic shows and sell balloons to people in the parking lots. They will have 20k in cash on them. Its crazy. They will also not hesitate to fight you for the tiniest of reasons.
