McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Food City grocery stores have a knock off version called Canadian Steak Seasoning. It's a little less salty, I like it a bit better.

Saltgrass "7"
I use this exclusively on steak, ground beef, chicken and pork.

We only get the best. I'm really fond of ordering a New York Strip from Snake River Farms. At $55, it's fairly pricey, but it's worth it. I then take that bad boy and marinate it for about two weeks in classic Newman's Own Italian Dressing. After that I plop it's fat arse on the grill just until it stops moo-ing and that's a wrap. I buy my baby's steak from Winn Dixie (choice) though, she's not fancy like me...

Cavender's, Lawrys Lemon Pepper, Ede's, Cracked Salt & Cracked Pepper are all used periodically at my hacienda
