How often do you wash sheets?

I put fresh sheets on the bed every night because I can. Anybody else do this?

My wife takes the sheets off the bed once a week and then puts new ones on a few days later. It is the weirdest thing.

If I was doing the laundry/bedding probably a few times a year. My wife does it weekly at least.
