He'll go down as a Champion...

As the back up PG for the Spurs when a 45 year old Duncan carries him to a title.

4 games bro, 4 games. Not hard to defend the rim when you have guys who can't finish for squat even with no one guarding them. Dwight is the dominant big in this year's playoffs.

#1 in block %
#1 in reb %

Pretty much says it all.

Considering who I was responding to, I must say:

From the horse's mouth to the horse's arse.

I would put the above PGs ahead of him all time

Bob Cousy
John Stocton
Gary Payton
Jason Kidd
Isiah Thomas
Magic Johnson
Tony Parker
Walt Fraizer

maybe, maybe, kevin johnson

IF you consider Iverson to be a PG (I don't) him as well

If you consider Jerry West to be a PG (I don't) him as well

shite at least kevin johnson took his team to the Western Conference Finals lol. Paul's bitch arse hasn't even done that

How so? If he gets dominated by another player at his position DURING his time in the league, it devalues his legacy at that position for all time.

Perhaps in your mind. Unfortunately, there are plenty of illogical things that supposedly devalue player legacies.

Chris Paul has dominated the PG position both offensively and defensively for a decade now. A bad matchup against an all-star caliber player that you have to reach back at least five years for doesn't have an impact on his historical standing. He has been so consistent over the years that he has become taken for granted and subsequently underrated.

What exactly is "yikes" about that list?

Some of the players have never played the game at a level like Paul.

It's a bad list.

Can't speak much on the 2 older guys, but the rest, except for Magic, they haven't played at a level like Paul, pretty obviously.

A selfish assister. I hate these type of players. Much of the time I watch CP, he will only shoot as the last possible option.

He's proved that dribbling around looking for assists doesn't bode well in the playoffs.
