In the West VA system, he becomes the Lieutenant governor because he is president of the senate. Isn't this also a conflict?

It looks like Tesla is making progress in Georgia.I guess the car dealers in GA haven't paid their state legislators enough.

Imma just throw this out there.. I just rode in a Tesla today. That thing is ridiculously fancy. Hauls arse too. Don't necessarily want one myself but they're pretty sweet.

Tesla has won the right to direct sell cars at several state supreme court's. I think the argument against them is the value added service that a sales person at a dealership can provide. And undercoating.

You mean big money loving Texas. We have so many laws dictated by big business to their crony legistlature that prevents a small guy from competing with them you just have to laugh. Texas don't believe in freedom. They believe in big money having freedom and everyone else getting on board or getting the boot.
