Looking for 12 yards of Spillway dirt in New Orleans

Anyone know of any decently priced places where I can get 12 yards of dirt delivered to Lakeview? Looking to pack the dirt along the outside of my house to cover the footings a little more. Called 4 places so far, prices range from $185 to $350. Starting to believe "cheap as dirt" is not an actual thing.

6 yards of dirt is usually $17... Dirt is cheap, it's the dump truck companies that jam it up the ole wazoo...

Don't call Wood Resources unless you plan to haul it yourself. They will charge more because they have to get another company to deliver it. So you will pay for the dirt, the haul, and their upcharge on the haul. Like a previous poster said, you can call Reliable, and another is Three C's Properties.
