You have no knowledge.
They will contact the creditor and ask to see signed docs. Creditor will not be able to respond with docs (obviously) and therefore it should be removed.
I disputed on years ago (2) and it simply disappear that next month.
That's all I got. Plus I've heard several times of others doing the same.

You have ZERO to lose. My credit was once in the gutter. I disputed EVERYTHING multiple times, which you can do if you change the reason.
I got lucky on a couple of items because the creditor didn't respond in time which is an automatic removal. Many times as debt changes hands, the paperwork is lost.

I noticed you didn't answer my question as to whether you actually ran the red light or not.

Understood, I had a bit different issue. We are buying a house, wife has great credit, but about a year and a half ago, one of her student loans changed hands, and for about 6 months, the old company never updated the tradeline to show it had been transferred. So the loan balance was listed twice on the report, which was throwing off her credit score.
We tried calling the old company and they could give less than a care, so we disputed it. Within two weeks the balance had been reduced to zero with a notation that the account had bene transferred.
Six months later, we paid off that loan (now listed under the new company) and the report correctly updated to show no balance.
Fast forward to about three weeks ago. We are buying a new house, and the underwriter got into a tissy about a "dispute" on the credit report and refused to further underwrite the file until the dispute was removed. Even though there is no negative information and no balance. She had to write a letter asking the dispute be removed, and we had to pay $90 in rapid rescore fees.

Translation... you are in no way innocent, but they can't prove you guilty!

I received one a few days ago and I noticed there are pictures from the front anymore. I don't know if it is a one time mistake or if they just made it more difficult to enforce without a pic of the driver.

Great job fighting back... Glad you took the advice and stuck it to those pricks.
