He is done. This is Michael Jordan when he played for the Wizards. 2008 killed him.

Jordan finished the season.

Jordan was average, at least.

Has Tiger ever taken a full year off? Looks like he might need to do that.

I will predict that Woods makes the cut at Augusta.
He will not win though.

He averaged 20 and 6 on 45% shooting in ~70 games in his last season with the Wizards...at 39 years old

This is more like Ali's "comeback" in 1980.

Awful watching a great limp to the end of their career.

The Jordan comparison is crap. This is something way beyond that, especially when you consider that Tiger's age is still prime for championship golf.

What a complete and total fall from grace. I mean, he's still filthy rich and popular, but competitively he's a mess. I don't need Tiger to enjoy golf, but golf does need Tiger. It's kind of sad. I hope he's not hurt too badly.

Tiger will play in the PGA competitively until he's 60 unless he quits. Just 2 years ago he was POY and was playing great.

That would be 80 more majors.

Guy is far from done.

MJ was a 40-year-old wing player who averaged 20 ppg against guys half his age while surrounded by crap talent. Had a 20 PER and was a top 20-30 player in the league.

I don't know why people always shite on what he did.

It's probably safe to say that Nicklaus' record of winning 18 majors is safe for now.

We were all talking about this earlier.

1 of these 3 things will happen. Or has to happen.

Tiger has to be open to changing his swing to put less torque in his back. If he does, it will take about 60 days to get right. He will win again doing this.

Tiger sticks with same swing changes. Just minor tweaks his swing. He will never win again doing this.

Tiger is doing this because he is burnt out and wants to leave the game. Using the back pain lets him step down due to injury instead of anything else.
