Florida wasn't up front with these folks about their situation. Had they been honest that the position coach was leaving, it could have been worked out. Instead they didn't address the situation openly, and held onto the coach until the day after signing day to create the (false) appearance of stability.
I am not at all surprised that this has come up. Florida showed that they are deceptive with their recruits. It isn't a mistake. It is a serious character issue with the Florida program.
With LSU, on the other hand, the Chavis departure was openly admitted and addressed with two solid hires. No deception. I just hope we are still in the running for CeCe.

Fun stuff regardless of where Cece lands. McElwain's going to have to deal with this trust issue in the future if Cece goes elsewhere. Don't know what effects, if any, it will have, but it's not hurting my feelings.

Just the rumors that parents want him one place and kid wants another...then a little hold up on NSD. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong.
