Fish you do great work, interested in working on the side?

No thanks. Wish I could, but some days I can't even get out the lounge chair. Today is one of those days.
Now I can hook you up with my SIL. He does outstanding work.
Everybody that he did work for are very happy with his work.

Got a little done on the guest house. Back bedroom all finished painting and window casings installed. Then I had ran into a problem that I needed to fix.
The doorway was wrong for the next project.
So, I had to fix that. Was a easy fix.
Then outside the bedroom area, I installed some post and beams to match out the rest of the area.
All in place other then the corner braces.
Very happy the way it is coming along.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

Use the address in the image button. You paste the image address between these.

Got a couple more things knocked out around the house.
Dresser for the master bedroom.
Loft bed for my daughter, mounted a TV under it and put an led light strip. She loves it.

Got the second bedroom flooring down.
Today I had the parish inspector come in. All good, so now I can get power hooked up tomorrow. Should have my ac/heating system dropped shipped Thursday.
On a side note there. Ended up buying everything on line. My buddy that is a ac guy could not get the system cheaper then what it cost me.
2.5 ton Rudd, seer 16 air handler, and everything else to put the system together, cost $3100 shipped. Best my buddy could do was $4800 for the same system. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

This is the way I am. I may need to write a few measurements down to double check them but when I'm working on something, I see it in my head.
My wife needs to see it on paper and I can't do that and it drives her crazy.

Well, I did have to draw out a floor plan to be able to get a building permit. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

How many square feet you working with approximately? I’m thinking roughly 6-700 sq ft for what I have in mind
Posted on 5/23/19 at 7:33 am to tunechi
It's just under 1100sfl. Two bed/one bath. Full front porch and a small 10'x14' back porch. Washer/dryer will be in the bathroom, using stackables.
