What all companies do Texans obnoxiously brag about?

I just moved to Texas after spending 2 summers interning here. I've been testing the validity of the perpetual promotions by Texans of various companies. What I've come to decide so far:
Specs: legitimate claim. Great selection, fair pricing, overall great place.
Buccee's: I will fight you if you try to peddle that crap to me again. I see Buccee's stuff everywhere. Some of my coworkers speak of it as if it were some extravagant honeymoon destination. I went there once. Everything was extremely overpriced and the place was entirely to crowded. It's just a gas station. I'll likely never return. Overrated.
HEB: this one is legitimate as well. It's a nice balance between quality and price. It's right in between Walmart and Whole Foods. This will be my destination for produce and meats for a good while.
Whataburger: Overrated. I'm not much of a fast food guy, but I've been there once or twice. Their burgers taste like Sonic's and really are nothing to brag about.
What else y'all got?

strange place, another thing they do is just make up shite, they just had the inauguration, using what they think was Sam Houston's Bible but there's no solid evidence to support that, an article in yesterday's Startlegram says someone is donating a cannon that they think was used at the Alamo, again, no proof, but there's a big ceremony upcoming

Whataburger typically has some of the better service in fast food. Not up to Chikfila standards but still very good. The burgers are among the best fast food options out there.

love me some Whataburger but they must have had some sort of QC downgrade, it's been a while since I've had a really good Whatabrger, at any location, stores seem dirtier too

HEB is great. Only Publix is better as far as quality compared to prices.

Forgot about Shiner. I haven't had their bock a whole lot. Their light blonde is money when outside in the summer though.
