What are you eating to make all them gains? I'm doing oatmeal for breakfast 1/2 cup
banana and protein bar for a 10am snack
lunch today is 3/4lb lean ground turkey that is browned with salsa on it and an apple
3PM snack is yogurt with honey
gym at 5:00 to 6:30ish
Protein shake immediately following
dinner will either be fish or chicken breast
I'm really wanting to lean out, I've put on a little fat in the last year. My problem is I like my crown and coke on the weekends and we tend to eat out a lot on the weekends as well. I know I have to clean that up first if I'm going to progress anymore.
I'm also not one to count calories or macros. I hate that. I'm at the point where I'm ready to find a nutritionist who will tailor a diet plan to me with foods I will eat. I hate vegetables unless it's corn or potatoes, and we all know that's not good. Any suggestions on where I can find someone who can tailor a diet to fit me and my goals?

Crossfit is the only way to reach your true potential

I've done small magazine shoots.
No videos yet. Not big enough.
Not on the juice

You have to declare for the show early.. then Blood Test, Urine Test, Lie detector test, and random urine test until show

Most are banned
Test boosters, I think, are the strongest thing allowed

Eggs for breakfast
Usually run to Albertson's on my work break and wolf down a whole rotisserie chicken with an EAS Myoplex
Fish for dinner with protein shake
Cook the fish in bulk

wow. you have to pay for all those tests? how much do you win for wining the title?
Posted on 1/21/15 at 12:10 pm to Tiger Ryno
At the small shows, it usually just a urine test, and it's $30
At the big shows, its all of them, runs about $125
Prize money, trophy, possible sponsors, possible photo shoots.
