So I'm looking to add a few recipes that I can cook on my primo after work for supper. Main dishes or sides. Looking for something with ~15-20 min prep time and <45 min cook time.
What'cha got?

Is it just like a regular grill?
Can you just grill meat? What exactly are you looking for?

I grill a bunch on weeknights within that time frame. Do a quick marinade of a pork tenderloin with garlic, soy sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar, pepper and sesame oil; or french mustard with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. You can do salmon with the same asian marinade above. Also thick pork chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, fresh rosemary and thyme.

That opens you up to a bunch of stuff. It's hard for me to think of something that would take longer than 45 minutes that I wasn't smoking.

Baby back ribs
Smoked sausages
72 hour short ribs
...anything if you cook it sous vide, then freeze it for future use. I can have the cooked product thawed and ready for the grill even before the charcoal is ready.

Pork Steaks---- takes > 10 minutes.
Leg Quarters ------ brine them overnight and grill the next day.
