With all those starters in the NFL, something is not right if you look at the results LSU gets with those players. Has to be game day coaching.

This but youll never get the pumpers to own it.
Sending our boys to the NFL seems to be THEIR wet dream.

This recruiting murder's row is omitting a former NFL head coach that is on staff.

OP, I agree. Stout recruiting team IMO. That being said, looks like we are trying to recruit our way to win games rather than coach our way.

I was not aware CC was making it rain recruits.

Great...wonderful...super! But I'd give up a little bit of recruiting to have a little more player development while they're here....maybe perhaps like at the QB position for one.

So you were hoping for our new DC to be a Quarterback guru
you truly are special!

We had the #2 recruiting class last year and traditionally around the Top 5

There is limited upside in recruiting, the play on the field is what needs to change

Cammy Cam Cameron isn't a slouch either.

One committment so far in 2015. A two * QB. LINK

He's really not in the same league as the others (yet?)

Don't use Rivals! He led his team to back to back 6A State Championships.. Can't be that bad. He wants to RS his first year and learn the offense. Plus he was an early enrollee! LINK

While I see your point. With the same "play on the field" and Cam Robinson, we would have beat bama, and the season could've ended much differently.

Every 5* we have is one less that we have to coach/play against.

Thanks for reading that into my post. I meant we need a QB more than some help recruiting. This hasn't been a problem for a while.

Being in Louisiana most of my life (im from Monroe lived in BR and NO last 15 years) LSU automatically gets most Louisiana talent except the Monroe and New Orleans area this is because the LSU brand holds no weight in these areas dont know why that is but it is. So no matters who doing the recruiting we must shore up these vital areas my suggestion get someone with NE Louisiana roots.
