The reason it is taking this long some think:
We are waiting on a top notch guy
Others think we are running out of options

If it was an underwhelming hire we would just promote brick, imo..and that would have happened by now.

Expectations are for a very underwhelming hire which is not an upgrade from Chavis.
Hope is for somebody amazing that brings in Coach O.
Not sure the position is as attractive as we think. Aside from some cash, MIles with his offense and quirks plus taking on an existing staff may be bigger issues than we recognize.
