Must have failed more drug tests at OU. I can't see another explanation. Never heard of a guy leaving after a transfer season where he didn't play.

I thought when he transferred that this was expected?

I was thinking when I read the title that I thought I remembered him transferring to OU. Weird choice for sure, which makes me believe he

Really? You can't?
His Top 20 first round projection maybe?

He's going to have to put up eye popping combine numbers to get drafted in the first round... especially with character concerns. Teams will be very weary of off the field incidents given the rise of issues that's been plaguing players in the NFL. Plus, he hasn't played in over a year and it's a solid class of receivers coming out.
I'd say 3rd round.
I'd say 3rd round.

A guy who beat up his girlfriend, is mostly relying on his HS Rivals rating, with multiple failed drug tests who hasn't played a game in 13 months is a first round draft pick?
The NFL is more combine-reliant than basketball, so I'd say damn near no one but Mariota and a few linemen are even first round locks until we the combine times.
And considering how the NFL has responded recently to cases of physical abuse, and how guys like Justin Blackmon, Josh Gordon, and others have sat out considerable time for failed drug tests, I don't see how this guy is a top 20 pick today.
Maybe some team will take him in the first round if he runs a 4.3, shows a 39 inch vertical, etc and looks like a Darrius Heyward-Bay clone. But he hasn't done that yet.

He's projected to go #15. How are people this clueless about him?

By character concerns you mean...that he's a habitual drug user and was busted for trafficking?
No one in their right mind would even consider this TPOS.

What sites are saying this? NFL draft projections are a complete joke. One of the main sites had Jalen Collins as a third rounder last year when he was a bench warmer at LSU.
Even for guys with established records, they are very hard to place until the combine.

No one is clueless to his raw ability. How are you clueless about all the cons and risk teams would be taking to draft him in the first round? Just because you see one random mock draft with someone projecting him to be a first round pick doesn't mean it's going to happen.

CBS and NFLDraftScout, yesterday.

15. San Francisco 49ers - Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma: Blame Colin Kaepernick all you would like for the 49ers' offensive struggles, but his job isn't made easier with a lack of playmakers among his receiving corps. Green-Beckham is a top 10 talent who is drawing comparisons to Cincinnati Bengals star A.J. Green for his size, speed and ballskills, but he comes with significant off-field concerns. GM Trent Baalke has been more willing than most to gamble on talented players with character red flags.

Right, but anyone with a brain knows his combine will be off the charts because he's a megatron type clone, he is a physical freak specimen at a position where that is all that matters.
He will have to royally frick up/get hurt to not go in the first round.

By one mock drafter - he'll probably be a mid-late round flier bc of the character issues and his lack of football experience.
