Getting a 3 year old into game without ticket

I have a 3 year old son, who I plan on taking to the Griz game on Friday. He is going to be sitting on my lap, so I would prefer not to buy him a ticket. What is the age that they make kids have their own ticket?

I think he needs one not sure. I would call the box office

Any child over 2 needs his or her own airline ticket. If I had to guess, that would be a pretty uniform rule.

Well... the saints are kids 5 and under. No clue if the NBA has a different universal rule

From their website
quote:
Children?s Admission
Children two and under do not require a ticket for admission. However, in order for a child to have his or her own seat, a ticket is required.

Man, you are in for a long (or short when you leave) night if you are going to try and wrangle a 3 year old (eta: and you) into the tiny confines of one of those seats for any amount of time.

Had two black women sitting in front of my season tickets with a kid.. He wasn't 2 or 3, but about 7 or 8 years old. The seat next to them happened to be open so the kid sat there. Well, the people with the actual tickets show up late 1Q and the women throws a black woman starts huffing and puffing and demands to see the people's tickets. Once they prove its their seats, this big kid then has to sit on the woman's lap
It was obvious she snuck the kid pretending he was younger than he was. I'm sure the ticket people didn't want to argue with her and just let the kid in
OP, buy your kid a seat as a courtesy to the people around you. If not, find open seats in the upper bowl and go sit there

Doubt this will happen. No offense but he's probably not good enough to play NBA basketball.
