Haven't been sick in over 10 years. Went to doc yesterday to find out I have the flu, strep & bronchitis. Probably should have seen the Dr sooner. Miserable.

I was a lil sick this past weekend. Finally felt better NYE. No flu for me, got my flushot. We haven't seen that much flu out this way really tbh.

Flu just hasn't hit AZ as bad as in the South. I realize flushot doesn't cover all strains. AZ must just not be exposed as much to the strains not covered by shot 
Only flu I've seen at work is flu A so far. Can't remember if that is one of the strains covered by this year's vaccine or not. Course...flu season is just really amping up so def plenty of time for AZ to catch up. I'm basically putting a mask on anytime I go into a patient's room until March.

I went to my Optometrist yesterday. Got a new glasses prescription and some eye drops. Feeling much better now.
If I don't get better next week, I'll go to my Chiropractor.

Not sick thank god. Ribs are starting to feel better, I can take a deep breath now without a half inch gap opening up in my chest

Flushot is a guessing game every season anyways. They are basically having to guess which strains will be the dominant ones and protect for those(vaccine can only protect against a certain amount of strains).

Hey Nurse, why can't they just offer the correct vaccine now? Is it because it takes so long to manufacture the vaccine they won't bother or is it a money thing? Or both?

I'm pretty sure it's a very lengthy process to make flu vaccines. That is why they basically have to guess way before the season starts what will be the dominant strains. You are still better off getting a flu shot vs not getting one.
