@Schultz_Report: Re: on the Braxton Miller transfer rumor, I'm hearing it's between Oregon and LSU. Possibility of Oregon if Mariota goes #1.

I wouldn't come here if I were him

He'd be dirty at Oregon....but with the defensive players we have coming back (potentially) and all the offensive weapons LSU has, LSU make a lot of sense too.

@Schultz_Report @CecilHurt how can LSU take him with only 1 yr eligibility?
SEC doesn't allow transfers with only one year of eligibility left.

I don't see this happening but didn't Masoli have only one year left when he transferred to Ole Miss?

They do but you need a waiver

I think Masoli was a grad student. If Braxton graduates after this semester (which I think he does) he could come down as long as we have the grad school for his major.

For his skill set, Oregon is a much better fit. If he wants to prepare for the NFL, LSU is a much better fit.

I just can't see him picking us over Oregon. It might make more sense to come to LSU and work with Cam; however, he would most likely get the bigger numbers at Oregon.

and not get beaten to death by SEC defenses, no brainer.

hilarious Miller threads are still popping up. zero chance. Less than zero. -5% chance.

Miller graduated last week.

Fwiw that's why the SEC made the rule.

Again I don't see him coming here. On a side topic though compare Oregon to LSU with regards to the NFL. Not only does LSU put more in the NFL but look at the offensive names in the NFL in comparison. Oregon has a high powered offense that works with their uptempo game but those big statistics don't seem to translate in the NFL.

It's not like some Rantard posted a prediction out of the blue. A columnist was quoted.

How does that work, exactly?
