Moscona has mentioned this as well.

Well that settles it.

Miller has way too many downsides to be worth the pick up for a year.

How so? He would instantly be the most experienced adn most athletic QB on the roster.

That can't hurt. If his arm even comes back 75%, he'll have a better arm than Jennings.

I'm convinced AJ is Miles' guy though. Nothing has been done to show otherwise.

LSU: 114 out of 125 FBS teams in passing offense = desperate.

Not as much experience as Jennings with the LSU offense.

Blake Sims is doing pretty well

Mr Sims should pat himself on the back every morning for being where he is.

One more bad hit, and he is done, and we are left with guys trying to make up for it. Like I said, F that.

So instead of getting the potential Heisman candidate, we shouldn't even try because we might end up in the same situation we'll be in if we don't get him.

That's some solid logic. Bravo

What might those be? Getting hurt is a risk of playing. If that is the only downside, then I'll take a QB who won 23 games in 2 seasons over what LSU has currently on the roster.

So you just gloss over everything thing else huh? Has never played in a pro style system, hasn't been able to read defenses his whole time at Ohio State, yet will come here and show out at LSU in the SEC West? Are you serious?

Right now Harris has good legs, a better arm, and will have been in the the system for two whole offseasons. Getting Miller here, and then he hurts himself before the season starts, AGAIN, will have done nothing but waste a scholarship. You want to risk a scholarship on a guy who has; never played in a pro style offense, never been known for his accuracy, never been known for his decision making in the pass game, coming off a shoulder injury that he reinjured by just throwing in practice, and stunting the growth of a talented player in Harris?

Sorry boss, I like what we have in Harris more than the risk of Miller.

I do think that if BH looked better than Jennings he'd be in the game at this point of the season.
