What are your thoughts on almond milk? Is this the new witchcraft of young hipsters, or is it worth a try?

If you like milk that tastes exactly like water, then you should enjoy it.

I drink it all the time because I'm lactose intolerant. It's a little different and takes some getting used to. It's more like skim milk than anything else. Get the unsweetened vanilla and give it a try.
Better for you than soy milk.

Chocolate peanut butter Protein shakes with almond milk are unreal.

Milk comes from a tit, not a nut. It's juice.

Google how to make your own homemade almond milk with raw almonds and a blender. I have been doing this for over a year now and it tastes a hundred times better than the store bought brands. I make a chocolate and a blueberry version that is delicious. Kind of a pain in the arse when you start but so worth it when you taste it. Plus where else do you get to use something called a milk nut bag and actually drink what it produces!!!

We like it in our breakfast cereal instead of 1% milk. Blue Diamond original that has 60 cals per serving.

Whole milk only in my house FTW.
I don't need that watery tasting BS taking up space in my fridge.

Honestly, it tastes nothing like you are probably thinking it will taste....if you are looking for a substitute for regular milk, give it a try....if you are looking for some kind of almond-flavored milkshake, almond milk is not what you are looking for...

The flavored almond milk, like vanilla is ~ok~, the unsweetened I took one sip of and poured it down the kitchen sink.

Get a Vitamix blender and make your own for much cheaper. Yes, Almond milk rocks (look up benefits) and my quest in life is to rid the masculine species of hipsters and associated hipster hats.
