will say there are really no Mexican restaurants in Baton Rouge that are better than Fuzzy's 10 times out of 10. Make of that what you will

Come on dude Taco Bell>>>Fuzzys is just over the top.

Fuzzys is good for exactly what I use it for. Cheap drinks and cheap tacos. I don't eat anything else there. Service is good, barracho beans are good, certain tacos are good and others aren't.

Idk why people can't appreciate certain aspects of each different restaurant. Of course it's not the best Mexican and idk why anyone would go in there with that expectation.

My over the top statement (its not really that over the top) was a response to an over the top statement.

I went and didn't go back. There really weren't any aspects worth appreciating besides its proximity to campus. Tacos N Sabor is only 5 minutes down the road and significantly better.

Not a fan.

I'll stick with Zippys. But I do wish we had a Torchy's in BR

I live within 5 minutes of a torchys, fuzzys and free birds and I rotate the 3

Honestly I was done with fuzzys but one day while hungover went there and go their breakfast which is served all day and damn it was legit. For $6 I got a huge plate of Migas with potatoes, beans and tortillas.

Ever since then that's all I get. Their normal mexican is average. Torchys is the best but way overpriced and limited menu

I can eat 4 tacos there and they are 3.50/4 a piece. Add a drink and chips and queso and its $25. Probably cost them $3 to make

Free birds is good for just a good ole burrito and beer

The little grocery on Siegen.
Fuzzy's is neither good nor authentic.

Every Mexican restaurant I have been to in BR has either terrible food, terrible service, or a combination of the two. Occasionally the food will rise to level of overpriced mediocrity. I guess some of you are easily impressed by drunk Louisianians stuffing crawfish into enchiladas.

1) Good is subjective. Given your shitty opinion on most things, your opinion should be immediately dismissed.

2) I never claimed it was authentic. Fuzzy's knows what it is serves it consistently with a smile. And in BR, that's the best you can expect in Mexican cuisine.

You haven't been to La tiendita.

I love stalkers.

Yet you demanded its competition be both authentic and good; which La Tiendita is.

It is consistently bad, I'll give you that.

It's not consistently bad. That's absurd. If you're comparing it to authentic, it's not, so you shouldn't.

It's good Baja style fast service Mexican. Nothing authentic about it, but to call it bad is silly.

I just got back from Fuzzys. I brought the kids over there for dinner. The tempura shrimp soft tacos are very tasty. The kids like the ground beef nachos.
