I recently saw this added to Netflix. I read that it was second to GoT as far as cost to film, which means Netflix must really believe in it.
Anyone watched it? Is it good?
Slow Burn? Action Packed?

I've heard great things. I'm starting it today.

I was just wondering the other day why there have been no major movies in recent memory or tv shows about Marco Polo.
Then I saw this.

I've fallen asleep within the first 15 minutes both times I've attempted to watch.

I like it so far (3 episodes in). Its got great visuals and scenery, a lot of nudity, and yes, it looks like they spent a lot on making it. I would go ahead and suspend disbelief before you start. It has some kung fu movie style fighting and they have everyone speak english. If you want a fairly accurate historical drama this isn't going to be it, but if you take it for what it is its pretty good so far.

I thought it was great, but it felt like it ended abruptly.

Finished it this morning, I wouldn't say action packed since they have episodes that are more story telling than anything else. The fight scenes they do have are pretty good and the story is intriguing enough for me, may be slow to some though.

I really enjoyed it. It did have some slow parts though. Definitely not 2nd to GoT in terms of quality though.
SPOILER ALERT: If you like Chinese titties you're in luck.

Is there supposed to be a season 2 or is in like a mini series?

I enjoyed it. More storytelling than action like others have said. I read somewhere that the only other show that costs more to make is GoT so they spend some money on this.

They way it ended, I'm pretty sure there will be a season 2.

That is one blind man you back away from carefully.
Enjoyed the 10 shows and hope there is more in the works.
