The best thing you don't realize is that you are all agreeing that lsu is developing lower rates guys into nfl players.
I know you are trying to shite on the program with your weak comebacks but you are actually proving the point
I used to think you were just stupid, but now I get what you're doing

Just give it a year. if we don't have a QB next year lets run him out of town. I think Harris will be ready, Jennings just sucks People can talk about system all they want, but all three of the QBs at OSU are better than Jennigns just in every way.
Still the coaches fault. That's saying Ohio St. can recruit 3 better QB's in the same time period than LSU. We either suck at evaluation or coaching a QB--either way its on the coaches.

Describe "nearly". This myth continues to be repeated on this board with out any evidence considering alabama having 4 out of 5 straight #1 recruiting classes and lsu not being any where near that.
Using the starting 11 on each side of the ball for LSU and Alabama in 2014, based on 247 numbers.
Alabama Defense: four 5*, six 4*, one 3* average composite score of .9562
LSU Defense: one 5*, eight 4*, two 3* average composite score of .9294
Alabama Offense two 5*, eight 4*, one 3* average composite score of .9218
LSU Offense three 5*, five 4*, three 3*, average composite score of .9291
**LSU had a more talented starting offense than Alabama this year**
Overall average composite ranking for starters:
Alabama: .9390
LSU: .9293
Difference of .0097. LSU's talent isn't anywhere near Alabama's eh recruiting expert?

Your wrong
LSU is putting guys in the NFL because they are that talented--not by being coached up. If anything they have been way under utilized and coached. Seeing that they seem to do a lot better in the NFL than they did at LSU. No ones shitting on the program we are only observing the results in front of us.

OMG another let's compare LSU to OHIO never plays anyone ST.
Posted on 12/7/14 at 3:54 am to BeeFense5
What we're saying is the players have talent the proof is on case every Sunday watching NFL games. However les fails to get the best out of these guys while their at lsu.

So what you said in a very long winded way was, "Les, you can't coach"
Posted on 12/7/14 at 7:16 am to BeeFense5
Bee i think you finally went full retard on page 2.
Posted on 12/7/14 at 7:41 am to goatman1419
OSU never plays anyone but just destroyed a WI team we got fortunate to beat in the opener. Gordon and their 2 DL play in the 2nd half and we may be looking at 7 - 5 right now.
LSU has some problems and somebody up Top needs to wake up and deal with the situation.

While I agree with a good portion of the OP...
You do realize Miles beat the same team this year that OSU beat....
With Anthony Jennings making his second start...

Nice troll though.

OP...well said and spot on! It's absolutely amazing how difficult we make a forward pass look, how poor we have recruited at QB (so many misses is Miles' tenure), and how we refuse to even attempt to evolve our offensive philosophy to at least try to make these QBs successful.

quote:This is what gets me. Who gives a frick what they look like in an NFL offense? This isn't the NFL. Give me a college offense, if it means that the kids can pick it up faster and be more productive. If they're good enough, they'll be successful in the NFL no matter what type of offense they ran in college. Our offense doesn't look like any current NFL offense that I've seen this year. We run a goal line set 85% of the time no matter where we're at on the field.
quote: They have 3 qbs better than our starter? I doubt any of them would look good in our offense 1. i doubt any of them would look good in an NFL offense. 2. I doubt Jennings would look good in any offense.
