One, he probably wouldn't be able to hire the coordinators he has now (because I doubt Michigan will give him the $$$ for the ones we have)
Disagree. They would def want Cam with him(another michigan man) and would be ok with paying for Chavis IMHO as well

Then, it would take several years of good recruiting to put them on a level to even compete with Ohio State, who they would probably lose to most years.
They already have been getting elite top 10 classes with Hoke. So check again

Les gets paid 4.3 million. Chavis gets paid 1.1 million, Cam Cameron will make 1.3 million this year for a total of just them 6.7 million. Frank Wilson also gets paid 600,000.

Hoke got paid 2.8 million. Nussmeier is being paid 830,000 and Mattison is being paid 750,000 for a total of 4.38.

So no including Frank Wilson, they would have to AT LEAST 2.32 million more (not including whatever buyout they have with other coaches). That price doesn't include what raise they would have to give Miles.

Just because they were "ranked" top 10, doesn't mean their class was actually that good. Unless you want to argue their problem was that Michigan can't improve the talent and train them, but if that is the case then Michigan better not hope for a good qb play.
