yeah, BH looks like a twig out there. A little tackle-breaking muscle would add to his skill-set.

However, I don't see a smidgen of evidence pointing to Miles committing to BH as next year's starting QB.

well, duh. He's not going to commit to starting Harris until after Harris earns the job. Oh, another thing...He's a freaking true freshman QB. This is not the same as other positions on the field. It is quite rare for a true freshman to start at QB and succeed.

How'd your score prediction for LSU's offense work out in the A&M game?

he doesn't want to talk about A&M. he's still upset that Miles won another game.

I don't even care to look at their respective completion percentages

lets look at the numbers:

LSU Passing
C/ATT YDS AVG TD INT QBR
Anthony Jennings 5/10 84 8.4 0 0 41.1
Brandon Harris 3/14 58 4.1 0 0 6.8

To claim either played well in that game is absurd.

Didn't say it was.

2) It actually scored at Auburn under BH, nothing under AJ

One lucky pass set that up. That ball could have easily been picked.

3) There was zero output at Arky, ZERO.

No one was performing behind that offensive line that night.

wtf are you talking about?

AJ gave us the best chance to win this year. Miles can't just take a year off because derps like you would call for his head for losing.

You outed yourself pumper.

LSU won another game.

You people put the man before the program...sidewalk fans in a cult of personality, no better than an Obama supporter.

no way....i'm sure they would be fine with LSU having a losing record this year as long as Harris had played more.

Football is a team game. So in my view losses will never be directly because of any one player. But the QB position directly impacted 4 losses this year to SEC Western Division opponents.

Of course it did. The question is whether or not we would have been better off with Harris.

I suspect the answer is no. We probably don't beat Ole Miss with Harris and probably don't almost eat Alabama with Harris.

However, I was of the opinion that Harris should have been playing in an attempt to move him along for next year. That has always been the best argument for Harris IMO. People who assume that he would have been a savior this year are foolish, IMO.

my post went completely over your head.

we all know you'd rather see Miles lose than LSU win. its no secret

and i'm sure if you think the term "pumper" is an insult or something because you use it an awful lot....but you're not hurting anyones feelings

yeah, you did...here's your comment:
quote:

The offense ran better under AJ in all games except for mop up time against MSU and NMSU.

The way you wrote that sentence is to imply both games were during mop up time.

quote:

One lucky pass set that up. That ball could have easily been picked.

Now he gets deductions for things that "could" have happened badly, but didnt?

quote:

No one was performing behind that offensive line that night.

Yeah,. because they had their ears pinned back on D and knew there was ZERO passing threat.

Miles is a liar. I know it's tough to hear. Even if he wasnt a liar, he is still fallible.

that's just it though. If harris is given more than one half of football against auburn, I think he learns on the go and develops into a pretty good QB by now.

now I predict jennings will start the bowl game, and will be the entrenched starter for the next two seasons. what game has he performed well throwing the ball this entire year? the wisconsin game? he's certainly regressed from there. he's gotten much much worse since that first game.

There are many QB's who are nowhere near the athlete Jennings is who have operated collegiate offenses with more success. You make no sense when you say that he's physically limited.

Obviously, we are talking about the passing game.

And, if you can't see Jennings' physical limitations there (arm strenth AND accuracy), then I can't help you.
