What would North America be like today had the American Indians been left alone?

The Mayans, Aztecs or Incas would probably have invaded from the Mexico region at some point???

Well, assuming the Chinese or Japanese didn't land on the west coast, there'd Be a lot more bison running around I'd guess. Oh, and they'd probably still be inter tribal slavery. And human sacrifice in some places.

It's probably a more interesting question to ask how European history would be different. Napoleon wouldn't have had the Louisiana purchase to sell (or anyone to sell it to),Euopean countries might have put more emphasis on colonies in places like Australia, Africa and India; WWI might have come out different without the US or if not, maybe WWII. Probably a lot of other changes. Invention of things like flight and automobiles may have taken different shapes, etc.
