Sharpening Knives with a Bench Grinder

Any F&D types down with this?
I’m losing my edge (punny) with the stone and steel, and other methods are equally time-consuming. And it’s always 5 or 6 knives to sharpen.
I’ve been looking at the following and wonder if anyone here has direct experience with these products:
Slicing Edge Sharpening System
Paper Sharpening Wheels
Razor Sharp Edgemaking System
The prices vary, and I assume quality does as well. Sounds like there’s a bit of a learning curve (start and learn with your least favorite knives) but the reviews all look good. But of course they would on a website where you can order the product.
Any and all input is appreciated –

It's tough to control your angle when using a grinder and grinders spin way to fast for me to be comfortable getting my fingers + sharp objects as close as you have to to sharpen a knife. Get a belt sander sharpener with a jig to control the angle. If you can find a leather belt, you can put a mirror finish on the edge that is like a straight razor.
FWIW, I've used grinders, stones, a tormek, belt sanding set up and a plethora of other sharpening tools.

I have some paper wheels. I think they can potentially work well and fast - and I've achieved pretty good results - sometimes. I have just free handed it, but I'm not steady enough to get a consistent angle. My grinder spins faster than desired. You really want to slow it down to minimize chance of overheating. Recently I've watched Murray Carter videos and tried my 1000/6000 water stone again with pretty good results in about 5 minutes per knife from a quite dull edge.
PS: I don't think my wheels run completely true and I'm not sure whether it is the wheels or the grinder. Don't get the cheapest wheels ( I got mine from grizzly). You probably should get the razor sharp wheels which I think are higher quality.

Different knifes come from the factory with different angles. You want to keep that same angle when you sharpen...

I use a steel every time I use the knife and it only takes 20 seconds. Don't wait until the blade gets dull.

Sharpening a knife is an art, yes thoes will work but like wick said you need to know the angles diff knives are cutting diff things and dictates the angles. So you dont want to grind everything the same angle deg. If you cook and invest in nice knives you need a system. I have paid people that were professional sharpeners and I can do a better sharpining job than they did.
do some research you will find a lot of info on the subject if you can cook chang the oil in your car you can put a nice edge on a knife you need the right tools and a little practice and education.
Once you get the knives sharp maintaining them is key and simple vs going for a full grind when they go dull.
