Do Christians make you rage and punch holes in your wall? Sounds like you have an axe to grind.

Can you find a link to the study doesn't require to pay to read it. I don't read the opinion pieces based on the title of a study unless I read the study's paper first.

Also how can homsexuality be a genetic deviation from the norm and not be a disease? Is it now acceptable to abort a baby because it has the gay gene?

I always wonder about this. When a gay person says they were born this way, I agree. When I say it's a genetic disorder or a disease like downs syndrome, they get mad.

Maybe they can tweak the gene to remove the gay part but keep the "gourmet cook" and "sharp dresser" part? Broads dig that shite.

This is total bullshite. The gay by birth thing is disproved as soon as you take into account that there are identical twin siblings where one is gay and the other is not.

When I get back to my lab I will try to see if I can get access to the original study. The Scientist is a pretty good unbiased site though.

Could being gay both be a choice for some and genetic for others?

They literally share the EXACT same DNA. Environmental stimuli don't have much effect.

And, although it is prejudicial, it is accurate, unless the genetic deviation provides an evolutionary advantage - I don't see homosexuality as providing such and advantage, therefore it is a genetic disease.

We shouldn't round them and put them into fabulously decorated camps, though. Live and let live, I always say.

I'm just here waiting for the Christianity bashing. That's always popcorn worthy.

It is clearly a predisposition, as there are so many easily identifiable traits in large swaths of the population. As with anything, there are exceptions, and that is where the mystery lies.
