i keep seeing the money thing thrown around. We will have to pay another coach wont we? And I guarantee that coach will lose games, they all do.

We will see how the tamu game plays out, but sumlin is making close that and his plans sure have worked against LSU. Or was it the 59-0 they were paying him all that money for?

My question wasnt about his tenure. It was about this year. I know you want to answer a different question, so I'll tell you what...you answer my first question, and then I'll ask the question youve been trying to answer.

do you want to give him credit for coming back to win the Wisconsin game, and coming up with the correct gameplay against Ole Miss, and Alabama.

And i will say again, given our shortcoming at QB, that was the correct gameplay for both games.

Interpretation:
Nothing will change,
We will run the ball, try to win it in the fourth quarter

Our goal is not to finish second. We never think about that(even during the game) we only accept second place after the game-

Second place is very close to first place. First place is what we fight for sometimes we are in second.

But things are great in Tigerland

We might have been able to put in a gameplan that won the Bama game had he given Harris some meaningful snaps in the 3 games before. Instead we had to pray the Defense could make due with 10 and 13 pts in back to back weeks. I give him credit for giving Jennings a few more options, Stokes and the RB's, but maybe we shouldn't have been riding the QB who has as few routes he's capable of running as we do plays in our playbook.

I'd rather have it put away before then. That way, we could run his ultra conservative offense in the 4th instead of having to try getting our QB in a rythm throwing when he has been handing off for the first 3 qtrs.

Miles needs to go into story telling he would be great at that.

Not being 100% honest and straight up lying are 2 very different things.

Show me a coach that has been caught on video telling his quarterback to spike the ball on the last play of the game, and then straight up lied about it in his post game press conference immediately after. Well, another coach besides miles I mean.

In translation from Milesisms, nothing will change. Everything is fine like it is. Don't worry about it. Believe what I tell you.

Do you really believe anybody is saying he should be 100% honest to the media?

There's a lot of space between this strawman you keep going back to and what people are actually saying, so maybe stop being so dishonest yourself if you want to be part of the conversation.

What exactly are you trying to say then? Miles doesn't say what you guys want him to so that gets met with "Les is a dishonest liar!"

I rarely believe anything that comes from any coach's mouth on any team but if you want the standard to be different at LSU, then that's a really unrealistic expectation.

Coaches are secretive by nature. Les is a good coach, and his decisions on players are in the best interest of the team. Is it time to get Harris some snaps, yes. Our game plan for this year was to get Harris ready to take over during the season (he wasn't ready), or hide Jennings with a strong running game and defense. The latter only holds you for so long before you need a functional QB to win a game or two.

Nick Saban has lied about waaaaay bigger things than that
"I am not going to the NFL"
"I am not going to Alabama"

Urban Meyer too.
"I want to spend time with my family, not coach"

I would imagine every coach has lied about things if you watch enough of their tapes. i just remember those two the most.
