State and Mullen went full retard to give LSU a chance in that game. They let off the gas in the 4th quarter and put backups in. Yes, we had a shot to win at the end, but the game was dominated by state.

The thing is, when it's a blowout, the other team usually agrees. That is not the case here.
What does this even mean?

It was not a blow out. Was at the end of 3...not at the end of 4. frick the haters. (And I am a State grad too).

so if LSU does complete that 40 yard pass at the end and LSU wins, is the game still considered a blow out by State?
I mean, the score and situation at the end of the game really doesn't matter if MSU dominated the first 54 minutes of the game right?

If MSU-LSU was a "blow out" then so was LSU-Ole Miss.
Neither was a BLOW OUT. Both were dominating performances with a close final score.

How come the "full retard" doesnt count against miss st and their number one ranking?
how exactly would you like it to count against them? they're undefeated in the best division and conference in CFB. FSU has had its own issues. where would you like em ranked?

How come the "full retard" doesnt count against miss st and their number one ranking? Seems like a double standard
That thought was around when BCS and media wanted a Ohio State vs. Michigan rematch over Meyer's UF. Luckily SEC won out and everyone knows how it worked out in the BCSCG.

but make no mistake, we were blown out.

I was there until the final play and we got worked all night long!

It means when you ask an MSU fan about the game, they would not say it was a "blowout." As a previous poster has said, they may have said dominated, but not blownout.

1. It's a loss regardless of if it was by 5 or 25 points.
2. When viewed subjectively (which is what the rankings are based on) it was a blowout. At the end of the season no one ranking the teams is going to consider it as a "close" loss.

it was half empty or more because the Deceptatigers were out in full force that night. AND THE FAKE Tigahs GAVE UP.
Yes, MSU dominated for 54 minutes. But a game is 60 minutes. And the last 6 minutes of the game turned it from a blowout into a very close game that was decided on the last play.
NOT A BLOWOUT!

it's not that complicated.
we WERE getting blown out. the final score defies the final definition of a blow out.
and we WERE dominated for 3.5 quarters.
